Ending the session with several minutes of beautiful meditative breathing. I have suffered from PTSD and crippling anxiety, but having practices I can easily turn to anytime, anywhere to assist in down regulating my nervous system has been an unbelievable game changer!! "When I enrolled for the 3 month coaching program with Amy, I genuinely was taking a leap of faith. I didn’t quite know how well committed and beneficial something like this could be never having used a coach or coaching program before. The program was broken down into really functional and practical daily lifestyle components.
I liked being able to go through some of the audits and videos at my own pace. I really enjoyed how interactive components were also. Having to pause the video and really sit with and audit various aspects of my life, I found really beneficial in keeping myself accountable. This also gave me something to refer back to later if I ever needed.
